First time in Silithus?
Silithus has no unlock quest and no flight path in: ride to the north-western corner of Un'Goro Crater and walk in, then find the Cenarion Hold flight point.
- Ride to Un'Goro Crater. Fly to Gadgetzan in Tanaris first, or to Marshal's Refuge in Un'Goro if you have found it.
- Go to the north-western corner of Un'Goro Crater. The river there looks like a snake; the way into Silithus is at its head, marked by two pillars.
- Follow the road west to Cenarion Hold and find its flight master. From then on you can fly to Cenarion Hold.

Not confirmed:
- Entrance coordinates: one source gives [29, 21] (warcraft.wiki.gg), the other gives none.
- Cenarion Hold flight master name: neither source gives it.
- Whether the same applies in WoW Forever, Classic Anniversary and MoP Classic: sources describe Classic Era.
