About Suramar
The portal may need a quest or campaign first; the game files do not say which.
From Orgrimmar (Horde) it is 1 portal and 1 flight path.
It has 6 flight points: Crimson Thicket, Eastern Suramar, Irongrove Retreat, Meredil, Thorim's Peak and Western Suramar.
Direct connections: Azsuna, Broken Shore, Highmountain, Stormheim and Val'sharah.
Source text in the game names this zone for 30 housing decor items and 2 mounts.
Routes use portals, flight paths, boats and ground travel. They do not assume player flying, so with flying you may cut a leg short.
